Treat your employees like dogs, and manage a
300% turnover rate, treat them as humans, and you can have 5% turnover rate. Maybe even get a decent reputation, and get better employees in the first place. UPDATE: My inamorata reminds me that inbound and outbound telemarketers have very different turnover rates. Of course, outbound telemarketing is a less pleasant job, and the 300% turnover rate surely applies to them.
