This time, Krauthammer beats OpinionJournal to the punch. In addition to being first, his prose is the more interesting. And quoting Dirty Harry is just a plus. But I wonder if the Security Council can only display its irrelevance if it fails to acquiesce, is it merely hiding its irrelevance if it does? And how well is it hiding its irrelevance anyway?
