Never have I so wanted both sides to lose. Of course the airlines want people to produce photo identification to prevent a secondary ticket market. There used to be one on my college rideshare board (But we walked. Barefoot. In the snow. Uphill. Both ways. And we liked it). Of course the airlines prefer to blame the FAA for rules that happen to suit them (surely nobody really thinks photo identification will foil skyjackers). Of course, put a uniform on somebody and he becomes a petty tyrant. Still, Plaintiff is a troublemaker. A funny one, but a troublemaker.
