Leftover risotto Monday night. Still yummy.
Semi-mandatory lunch at Tequila's Tuesday in Philadelphia, so I could not take the early train to DC. Worth it, for the bonding more than for the special, a Chilean Sea Bass, stuffed with shrimp, octopus, and squid, with a black bean soup for an appetiser (though not as great as I have had in Cuban restaurants in Florida). Nothing deep-fried, naturally, but it WAS salty and filling. The spectacular dish was a vertical kabob, stuck into a halved pineapple, doused with tequila, and lit. Made it to DC fine late into the afternoon, and checked in to my nearly-empty hotel. The hotel was so empty the concierge lounge was closed. Instead, they gave me breakfast coupons.
