Checked into my old Grand Hyatt with no issues, went to Tai Shan in Chinatown for Hunan Chicken last night, then an interesting John le Carre movie on HBO (The Tailor of Panama) and was asleep by 10:00.
My back was better this morning; I took fewer Advil and another long hot shower and re-applied a topical analgesic (Trolamine Salicylate) before my mandatory breakfast meeting at 0630 (which I much preferred to the option of a 9:30 dinner last night).
