Mandatory dinner was good.
What had been advertised as a mango salad was actually baby greens with a fruity vinaigrette, sweetened walnuts, and a few julienned strips of mango, but was still good.
And a black bean salsa atop a very nice salmon atop fairly crunchy steamed asparagus atop incompletely mashed (which was more than fine by me) potatoes.
