Easily made it back to Philadelphia.
DFW seemed empty, and I breezed through as easily as I ever have. So quickly that I was able to trot / schlep to the gate and get out on an earlier flight. Good thing, since I am afraid I might have a cold developing. Maybe it was from: - The re-circulated air on my outbound flight, or - All that handshaking (and not enough hand washing?) at our f2f meeting. In any case, a late night arrival atop a short night of sleep might trigger a full-blown cold. I am treating it starting with two large cups of camomile tea (with lemon and honey). Kinda nice even were it not for the medicinal benefits, and one of the advantages to being home. In the air, I had my usual chance to focus the way I cannot in an office, so found the flight time to be very productive, and with almost no time in the airport, I considered myself, once again, pretty lucky. And I got a chance to skim the Outlook on Terrorists by a JHH Psychiatrist. While I believe he is a behaviourist, I found it amusing that he thought vices displayed by anorexics, alcoholics, and sex offenders were best treated as habits to be broken rather than to cured by psychoanalysis. I suppose analogously, then, virtue could result from good habits?
